Angela treats infants and children with various diagnoses ranging from mild feeding challenges to medically complex conditions in hospital settings and private practice.
She is an integral member of the medical team in the NICU, pediatric acute care and outpatient settings. She is a founding member of the multidisciplinary Aerodigestive Team, and a leader on quality improvement initiatives responsible for creating and implementing hospital-wide policies regarding infant feeding. Angela presents nationally and has published her work in pediatric dysphagia.
Angela has specialized in the evaluation and treatment of infants and children with feeding and swallowing difficulties for over 20 years. She is NYS licensed, certified by the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA), and Board-Certified in Swallowing and Swallowing Disorders.
